This is not simply another leadership course, conference, or training program. It is an ongoing community built around faith, relationships, personal growth, accountability, leadership development, and lasting impact.
We believe leadership begins long before a title, position, or organization. It begins with the man himself—his faith, his character, his decisions, his relationships, and the responsibility he carries for the people God has placed in his life.
Leadership & Legacy creates an environment where men can step away from the demands of everyday life, reflect honestly, build meaningful relationships with other men, strengthen their walk with Christ, and apply what they learn where it matters most—at home, in their marriages and families, in business, in leadership, and in their communities.
